1. Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The original tags and packaging should be intact and included.
  • The return must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase (or the date of delivery for online orders).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Shoes that have been worn or damaged.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated).

3. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • In-Store Returns: Visit our store at 9131 Madisonville Road, Crofton, KY to return the item in person. Our staff will assist you with the return and refund process.
  • Online Returns: If you made an online purchase, please contact our customer service team at info@sunnybunapo.com or call us at (270) 424-9419 for instructions. We will provide you with a return shipping address and details.

Please make sure to retain proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) for a smoother return process.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • In-Store Purchases: Refunds will be processed immediately at the time of return.
  • Online Purchases: Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. You can exchange items in-store or by following the return and exchange process online. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@sunnybunapo.com or call (270) 424-9419. We will assist you with the return and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate. We may ask for photos of the damaged item for verification.

7. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for online orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
