- Gift Cards: SunnyBunapo gift cards can be used for both online and in-store purchases. Gift cards are redeemable for the full value or part of the value of your order.
- Other Payment Methods: We may offer other payment methods, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, based on the functionality of the payment gateway and geographic location.
Payments are processed securely through encrypted systems to ensure the safety of your information.
2. Payment Authorization
When you place an order with SunnyBunapo, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping fees (if applicable). The transaction will be processed once your payment information is verified.
- Order Confirmation: After completing your payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is simply a receipt of your order request.
- Payment Decline: If your payment method is declined or there are issues with processing your payment, we will notify you immediately. You will be given the opportunity to update your payment information to complete your purchase.
3. Billing Information
You must provide accurate and up-to-date billing information, including your name, billing address, and payment details. This information is used to verify and process your payment securely. Any discrepancies or issues with billing information may result in the rejection of your order.
- Address Verification: For your protection, we may perform address verification on credit card transactions to prevent fraud. If your billing address does not match the information on file with your payment provider, your order may be delayed or canceled.
4. Currency
All payments made through SunnyBunapo are processed in USD (United States Dollars). For international customers, please note that your bank or payment provider may charge additional fees, such as currency conversion fees or international transaction fees.
5. Security
We take your privacy and payment security seriously. Our payment gateway uses SSL encryption and other advanced technologies to protect your sensitive data during transmission. We do not store any sensitive payment information (such as credit card details) on our servers.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, before the item is shipped. Once the order is shipped, you will need to follow our Returns and Refunds Policy to return the product for a refund.
7. Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to all orders based on the shipping address in accordance with the laws of the state of Kentucky. The appropriate sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

9. Gift Cards
- SunnyBunapo Gift Cards are available for purchase online and in-store. These cards can be redeemed for any product sold by SunnyBunapo.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash (except as required by law) and are not refundable.
- Any remaining balance on a gift card can be used for future purchases.
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced unless you have the original receipt and the gift card was registered at the time of purchase.
10. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, as outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
